Local Labour Hire CIC (LLH CIC) is a London-wide specialist local labour supplier.
We help employers fulfil Section 106 of their local labour obligations and other corporate social responsibility objectives. We aim to make it easier for employers to recruit locally, thereby helping communities gain access to local employment opportunities.
With a team of highly-experienced consultants, LLH CIC provides a direct, consultation-based approach to all our clients. We work to provide high quality candidates and industry-competitive fees and rates.
We offer a wide selection of vetted, qualified and suitable candidates within the following fields (from site labourers to supervisors and managers):

We currently have contracts in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Chelsea, with a plan to expand across the capital. We have been included as preferred local labour suppliers for major construction company, Lakehouse Contracts Ltd, and nationwide developer, Berkeley Homes (Capital) plc.
LLH CIC is a legally registered Community Interest Company and Social Enterprise Mark holder, which guarantee that we are a business trading for the benefit of people and planet.
LLH CIC is a joint venture company between MHDT and Vane Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency. The partnership combines the expertise of Vane Recruitment as an established employment agency, with the strong local knowledge and community development work of the MHDT.
