Manor House Development Trust has been successful in becoming a champion organisation as part of the Department of Energy and Climate Change’s (DECC), Big Energy Saving Network.

The Big Energy Saving Network aims to reach out to the local community and deliver a programme of events to increase awareness of how you can take practical steps to address rising energy costs by making informed decisions about payment options, tariffs, switching and energy efficiency schemes.

This project will sit alongside the work we are doing on the Manor House PACT project around energy efficiency measures and bring more benefits to local people including advice and practical help to access discounts on energy bills and to provide assisted action with switching.

Look out on the PACT website for more information shortly on a programme of ten 10 consumer energy saving advice sessions to help local people make cost effective choices which help to save money on energy bills.

Take a look at this powerpoint presentation for some important advice and guidance on switching your energy supplier.
