Our Well London Cafe have created a wide range of delicious recipes every Wednesday!
Raw Chocolate (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2/3 cup cacao powder
4 tbsp raw honey/coconut nectar/maple syrup/agave
Method: First, melt the coconut oil over a low heat. REMOVE from the heat as soon as it’s melted.
After taking it off the heat sift in the cacao powder and whisk until completely combined. Then add in the sweetener of your choice. And that’s it! You are ready to do whatever you please! Drizzle it over fruit, pour it into molds, chop up dried nuts or just spread it on a baking sheet and make bars. To get the chocolate to set, put it in the fridge for 10-15 min.
This chocolate melts fast in your hands, so put it in the fridge or you’ll end up eating it straight away!
