Did you know that you can eat broccoli stalks? Ever made a spinach stir fry? How can eggs help the green fingered? From carrot top dip to quick compotes and smoothies, this session will unlock the potential of the food in your fridge, helping you to see fruits and veg in a new light and help you to save money too.
This class will give you recipes for a host of different dishes as well as learning top tips for cooking and storing the most heavily wasted summer items which will help you save money. At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to eat everything you’ve made!
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
