A ‘moving meditation’, this ancient Chinese discipline has developed over many centuries to help with overall health and fitness.

This gentle exercise teaches you how to breathe fully into your body with graceful, focused martial art forms that you can practise on your own or in a group within the community. As the seasons change it would be wonderful to do this along the reservoir! T’ai Chi aids the flow of circulation and digestion, regular practice strengthens your balance and stamina and helps you recover from illnesses.
