Young people from NCS The Challenge have volunteered in Woodberry Down by helping to keep our green spaces clean and tidy!

The group met on Saturday 13th August for a social action day aiming to get young people active in their community. London Wildlife Trust welcomed all volunteers and set them to work in the beautiful Woodbeery Wetlands which opened in May this year.

Nathan one of the rangers from LTW said:

The young people were a massive help to keeping the grounds cleaned and tidy, it saved us about 3 weeks of work in just one day! Thank you very much!

The support of volunteers in the Woodberry Wetlands is essential for us because it keeps this space free and open to the public. If you would like to get involved and help out contact us through this form.
